These conditions govern all contracts made by Stewart’s The Watch Company (herein known as the Vendor). All new watches come with manufacturer’s guarantee.

If you are not happy with the watch then you are welcome to send it back to us within 14 working days for a full refund provided that the watch is returned in the same condition as it was supplied. This paragraph applies only to watches bought online.

Any watch bought in the shop is subject to the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. These Acts also apply to items bought online.

All watches remain the property of Stewart’s The Watch Company until paid for in full. All orders are accepted on the basis that payment is made in full prior to delivery.

The Vendor reserves the right to amend listed prices and specifications without notice and at any time withdraw any items without prior notice having been given to the customer.

All watches shown on this site are subject to availability.

 We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards online as well as in our shop.

 

 Data Protection:

We will never wilfully disclose personal information about you to any third party without receiving your permission.

We may be required to provide information by law as permitted by the Data Protection Act or by a legal authority recognised by the European Union.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
